The EurAide counters in both Berlin and Munich offer a variety of services and are licensed to issue Deutsche Bahn train tickets.  There are EurAide offices in South Korea, North America, and Australasia which handles booking European train travel prior to departure. The service is designed for walk-in service, not telephone service. So if you’re wandering around Munich railway station, not knowing which platform, which connecting train or when your train leaves – head for EurAide. EurAide Train Assistance and Tour Discounts

They speak perfect English ( and some speak other languages), and provide various services including booking train tickets; validating German rail passes; selling rail passes; booking bus tours to the Romantic Road and they also sell maps of the city. They also give advice about places to see and things to do in Munich or Berlin. You can pick up a map for under 1 Euro and their newsletter The Inside Track, packed with EuroTrain info. EurAide sells and books train tickets and sleepers for the same price as you would pay at one of the train station booths. Their office is funded by the German Rail Company. They also sell bus tickets and tours to the famous Bavarian castles.

At EurAide Munich you can have a seat, talk slowly and someone will sympathize with you, listen to you, and when booking your ticket they will have your best interests at heart, not just want to get rid of you.
On my visit the lady helping me soon found me the cheapest, fastest route to my destination, and calmly printed up the tickets, with a smile.
Thank you, I’m one satisfied customer!
