Sabino’s Kfar Saba Restaurant

You will definitely be the only tourist at this unique Israeli neighborhood meat restaurant! Located in a small Yemenite neighborhood in Kfar Saba, about 40 minutes North of Tel Aviv you’ll find Sabino’s Steakaria.

Kosher Meat Restaurant, Local Atmosphere

Don’t expect table cloths and candlelight but you will get excellent food, service and a great atmosphere. This is a down to earth, kosher Kfar Saba restaurant and one of the most popular Kfar Saba restaurants among locals. Sabino’s restaurant Kfar Saba is run by a family for families and friends.

Accommodation in HaSharon Israel

There are a few hotels and guesthouses in Kfar Saba and the Sharon area. In nearby Raanana a brand new hotel recently opened but you might prefer to stay where the action is in Tel Aviv. You can take excursions from central Israel across the country so it is a good place to base yourself.

Sabino’s – Cheap, Kosher, Friendly and Delicious

A meal of pita bread, salads, a green salad, about 3 varieties of meat, chips, soft drinks and mint tea to finish off, will cost you about 80 shekels and you will be stuffed. Sabino’s Kfar Saba restaurant is totally off the tourist beaten path which explains the reasonable prices. This meat restaurant is kosher so it is closed from Friday afternoon until Saturday night. There are a smoking area and wheelchair access as well as take-away and delivery service.

Israeli Kid-Friendly Restaurant

Sabino’s Kfar Saba restaurant is very kid-friendly, located right next to a small neighborhood park. the restaurant has large windows facing the park just a few meters away so you can sit in the restaurant and watch the kids playing. Apart from the park the restaurant welcomes families and has no problem with loud, active kids – after all this is a family-run local Israeli restaurant, not a tourist joint.

My Favorite Dishes at This Kosher Kfar Saba Restaurant!

I love the moulard! If you haven’t heard of moulard then it is a duck hybrid mix of Muscovy and Pekin duck. the meat is lovely and soft, deliciously juicy and for those who “keep kosher” moulard is considered like chicken of turkey meat rather than beef. If you’re not into meat then try the bean soup. Vegetarians will go crazy for the wide range of delicious salads, the hummus, and pita bread.

If you’d like to try some other Israeli culinary delights then read about this Israeli chocolate restaurant; the “eat in the dark” experience or eating in the homes of local Israelis.
