Feel yourself hanging in the air, high above the greatest waterfall in Africa, the wind on your face, and far below you animals in their natural habitat. That’s what you’ll get if you try a microlight flight above Victoria Falls. The flights leave from Zambia, so if you are there chances are you were planning to see the Falls anyway. This is a way of seeing them that in truly unique.
See Africa From the Sky
To take a microlight flight above Victoria Falls you will have to be over 6 years old and under 100kg. From the sky, you can see the Falls, Zambezi River, Batoka Gorge or Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, and of course the animals. An instructor takes you up in tandem, so sit back, feel as light as a bird and soar.
Take Flight at Victoria Falls
No cameras are allowed on the microlight flights. Obviously, because you could drop your camera. But there is a camera mounted on the wing, so you will get a shot of yourself in flight. Microlight flights above Victoria Falls take place in the morning or evening, so you will always get incredible lighting.
