Tallinn Old Town is overflowing with souvenir shops, and you will be spoilt for choice. The prices range from reasonable to astronomical, but if you are getting tired of Babushkas and Crystal, you could go for another traditional Estonian craft – pottery. The BogaPot Cafe is a unique pottery cafe Tallinn Old Town. Take a walk down the little lane and then enter through an arched hole in the wall to a cobbled courtyard. On your right is a large glass window through which you can see a potters studio.
George and Airike Bogatkin’s Pottery Cafe Tallinn
There the potter Georg Bogatkin and his wife Airike a sculpture, create beautiful ceramic pottery. You can watch the potters at work and enter the restaurant/cafe through an old wooden door. The intimate surroundings are warm and cozy. There is a fireplace, comfy armchairs, and small tables. It feels like you are entering someone’s sitting room. You can choose to have your coffee in the cellar, next to the fireplace, or in the open courtyard as you watch the potters at work. Visitors can also enjoy their coffee on Angel’s Balcony, where angels fly above you suspended from the medieval ceiling. Through a narrow doorway is a small shop selling the pottery.
Old Town Tallinn Cafe and Handicrafts
There is a variety of coffee choices as well as sweet and savory pastries. Once refreshed look through the art shop for unique Estonian handicrafts. In addition to pottery, you can find leather, jewelry, sculptures, and Estonian souvenirs.
Tip: Don’t miss the basket on the floor with ceramic rejects, some of them can make quite acceptable gifts. Also, your purchase can be wrapped in thick brown paper and bound together by a rope, making a really aesthetic unique gift.

Hello:
I am planning a trip to Tallinn in August. I am a potter and wherever I travel I like to buy a little clay and make some small sculptures, which I take home and fire in my kiln. would it be possible for me to buy some clay (anything: terra cotta, stonewhere, porcelain, all would be OK) when I visit? Thank you for considering. By the way, my website is Raven natroll booth

It seems like the kind of place where you could buy some clay.
